Product Focus of the Month - DIY Integrations!

This month, we’re focused on making the Truto platform more self-serve by bringing previously API-only features into the UI, improving documentation, and enabling end-user documentation to be configurable directly within the Integration UI. This ensures you no longer need to maintain separate documentation for your users—it’s all integrated into the connection flow.

  • Creating Integrations Documentation: Added detailed documentation for creating your own integrations, providing a step-by-step guide to help you create new integrations or customize existing ones to match your use case effortlessly. Learn more here.

  • Configuration Reference Documentation: Added a new page, Configuration Reference, which explains the purpose and functionality of each section on the Integration page. Learn more here.

  • RapidForm Documentation: Enhanced the documentation for RapidForm to make it easier to get started and utilize its features effectively. Get started here.

  • Connection Validation Documentation: Added detailed documentation for Connection Validation, a feature that ensures API connections are configured with valid credentials and necessary permissions. Define specific API calls for validation directly from the Integration Details page by configuring the relevant fields in the Connection Validation section. Learn more here.

    • Dixa — supports the Unified Ticketing API.
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central — supports the Unified HRIS API.
