New in Truto: ATS and Accounting expansion, Drive webhooks, and 23 new AI-ready integrations

This week we added four new ATS integrations in beta and expanded the Unified ATS API with new and improved methods across ten providers. The Unified Accounting API gained new methods for six providers, and unified webhooks now cover OneDrive and Google Drive. On top of that, we shipped 23 new AI-ready integrations, device-compliance endpoints for JumpCloud, on-demand mapping cache refresh, automatic retries in the CLI, and a batch of platform fixes.

🔔 New Unified Webhooks

OneDrive

Get notified when files change in OneDrive. Truto sends these changes as unified file-storage webhook events, the same format you already get for Box and SharePoint.

⚙️ Platform Improvements

Refresh the mapping cache on demand

After you edit a unified mapping, unified model, or integration config, call POST /integrated-account/refresh-mapping-cache (CLI: truto accounts refresh-mapping-cache) so the change shows up sooner instead of waiting up to ~23 minutes.

Re-auth message now matches how the account was connected

OAuth-connected accounts on integrations that also support API keys (like Jira) wrongly showed "API key has expired" on needs_reauth. The message is now based on the account's own auth method, so OAuth accounts see the correct reconnect prompt.

Modals no longer close when you click inside the assistant sidebar

Clicking anywhere in the docked assistant panel dismissed any open modal (like "Try API") because the outside-click guard only recognized the old floating button. It now covers the whole sidebar, so modals stay open while you use the assistant.

🔄 Integration Improvements

• JumpCloud: Added Proxy API endpoints for device compliance, covering macOS firewall (ALF), managed policies, policies, policy templates, results and statuses, plus Windows security products and Windows Security Center.
• SharePoint: Fixed unified webhooks. You now get one event per changed item, subscriptions renew automatically, and the subscription secret is no longer echoed back.
• Zendesk: Advance notice on the Incremental API removal. Zendesk is removing its Incremental APIs for third-party apps, starting December 2, 2026. We've identified the impact (only the ticketing users list uses them) and prepared the fix.

💻 CLI

• Automatic retries on transient API errors: The CLI now retries 429 responses on any method, and 502/503/504 responses and network errors on idempotent methods, with backoff, jitter, and Retry-After honored. Set TRUTO_MAX_RETRIES=0 to disable retries.
• truto integrations build no longer fails on OpenAPI specs with cyclic schema references.
