🚀 New Integrations

  • ServiceNow — supports the Unified Ticketing API for both ITSM and CSM modules.

🎯 New Features

  • Schedule Actions Authorization & Account Reactivation Scheduled actions can now be marked as a source of truth for authorization by configuring to reactivate accounts after successful execution. This is especially useful for integrations that require session tokens to be regenerated at regular intervals and rely on scheduled actions to keep access active.

Improvement

  • Linear OAuth Migration — all connected Linear accounts have been migrated to the new refresh token mechanism. This ensures continued authentication support ahead of the March 2026 deadline, with no action required from customers.

  • Pipedrive — added merge support for Unified CRM accounts and contacts. This simplifies duplicate record consolidation and reduces custom handling in integration workflows.

  • Salesforce — added merge support for Unified CRM accounts and contacts. This improves duplicate management and enables cleaner account and contact merge workflows.
