### Search

Search endpoint for all the apps. (10 fields)

- `id` (string) — The unique identifier of the entity.
- `title` (string) — The title of the entity.
- `description` (string) — The description of the entity.
- `type` (string) — The type of the entity.
- `urls` (array) — The urls of the entity.
- `meta` (object) — The meta data of the entity.
- `created_at` (string) — The date when the entity was created.
- `updated_at` (string) — The date when the entity was updated.
- `children` (array) — The children of the entity. Follows the same schema as the parent.
